Let's Be Frank About It is an opinion and political commentary website. Everything Frank says is his opinion, formed over fifty years of paying attention and reading documents that most people have not. Frank believes everything he writes. Frank also acknowledges that believing something strongly does not make it legally actionable fact, which is why this page exists.

Nothing on this site is legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or professional advice of any kind. Frank is not a lawyer. Frank is not a doctor. Frank is not a financial advisor. Frank is a man with opinions and an internet connection, which in this country he is fully entitled to have.

Accuracy

Frank Tries to Get Things Right.

Frank makes every reasonable effort to be accurate. When Frank cites a statistic, Frank looked it up. When Frank quotes a document, Frank read the document. When Frank is wrong, Frank will say so, which is more than you can say for most of the people Frank writes about.

That said, errors happen. If you find a factual error on this site, contact Frank at the contact page. Frank will review it. If Frank agrees it is wrong, Frank will correct it. Frank does not guarantee a response timeline because Frank has other things going on.

Products sold through Let's Be Frank About It are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand service. Frank does not warehouse inventory. Frank does not ship packages. If you have an issue with an order, contact Frank through the contact page with your order number and Frank will sort it out with the fulfillment partner.

Frank stands behind the quality of his merch. If something arrives damaged or wrong, Frank will make it right. If you just changed your mind, Frank understands but cannot accept returns on print-on-demand items produced specifically for you.

Privacy

Frank Is Not Interested in Your Data.

Let's Be Frank About It collects email addresses from newsletter signups. Frank uses these to send The Weekly BS Report and occasional updates about new posts and merch. Frank does not sell your email address. Frank does not share your email address. Frank barely tolerates email as a medium but recognizes it as the most direct way to talk to you without an algorithm in the middle.

This site uses basic analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. No personally identifiable information is collected beyond what you voluntarily provide in the newsletter signup form.

If you want your email removed from Frank's list, reply to any newsletter email with the word UNSUBSCRIBE and Frank will remove you. No hard feelings. Frank respects a clean exit.
